The massage clinic is based in a the same building as Physio Performance with Pharmacy and Mole map services all under the one roof. Each service works well as a cohesive group striving to attain the best possible outcomes for our clients.

As a provider for the High Performance Sport New Zealand, treatments are also carried out at the HPSNZ Building, beside the Forsyth Barr Stadium.

What is therapeutic massage?

Therapeutic massage is the methodical manipulation of muscles and other soft tissues using pressure and friction. This is individualized to meet client comfort levels with the aim to relieve tension, reduce pain, and enhance performance and aid in recovery.

Pregnancy Massage - Helps alleviate the physiological and psychological changes caused by pregnancy. The client is comfortably supported in a side lying position

What to expect

A thorough massage session typically takes 1 hour commencing with a brief interview and assessment. The room is tailored to optimise client comfort, being quiet, warm and peaceful. During the massage the client is fully draped for privacy and comfort. Only the body part that is being worked will be exposed at any one time. For maximum comfort it is advised not to eat or drink heavily prior to your session.

2011 IAAF World Championships for Track and Field - Daegu - South Korea

2009 IAAF World Championships for Track and Field - Berlin - Germany

2008 Beijing Olympics – Therapist for New Zealand Rowing

2007-2009 Massage therapist for New Zealand Rowing - Travelled to world cup and world championship meets in Europe with the New Zealand Rowing team

On-going training and attending courses in accordance to Massage New Zealand registration criteria.
