Patrick graduated from the University of Otago in 2023 with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy, having done placements in Central Otago and with the School of Physiotherapy Clinic in Dunedin. Through this, he gained considerable interest in helping and supporting community members to return to an active lifestyle, specifically with the use of manual therapy supported through exercise. He is currently completing a FIFA Diploma in football medicine while also playing and physio for Mosgiel Football Club.

Patrick has a special interest in:

- Sports Physiotherapy

- Foot biomechanics

- Force Plate (VALD) testing for body strength, power and balance.

- Hands on Manual Therapy

Outside of physiotherapy, Patrick has interests in football and running, which he has shown through volunteer work with various football positions, such as coaching, playing, and as a side-line medic throughout his time at the University of Otago. Other football teams Patrick has worked with include the Southern League Development women’s and Dunedin City Royals Premier men’s.

Patrick has been around horses his whole life, especially thoroughbreds, for which he can attribute his passion to expand his career into equine physiotherapy in the future. He wants to boost the local equine community with healthy riders leading to healthy horses.

Patrick looks forward to working with and helping each client meet their goals, and in doing so, aid himself in developing his own skillset.
